The company attaches great importance to quality control and has established a comprehensive and perfect quality assurance system. Having a complete production system from spinning to finished products, covering multiple key links, lays the foundation for quality control throughout the entire process.

Aspects of quality control: 

★ Having a complete production system covering all aspects from spinning to finished products, which is conducive to controlling the quality of the entire process.
★  Obtained ISO13485 quality system certification in 2004, with a standardized quality management system.
★  Obtained CEFDA certification in 2010, providing another strong guarantee for product quality.
★ With the support of certification, quality management has standards to follow, ensuring stable output of high-quality products.

Technological Production

We have established a complete technological production chain from spinning to finished products, and with advanced concepts and multiple certifications, we have achieved efficient production in fields such as Class II sanitary materials and dressings.

Quality production aspect：

★ Complete production system: With a complete production process from spinning, weaving, degreasing and bleaching to finished products, each link is closely connected, which is conducive to controlling the production rhythm and quality, and reducing the risks and losses that may occur in intermediate links.
★ Scale production capacity: There are 2 weaving factories equipped with over 100 weaving machines and nearly 160 employees, possessing large-scale production capacity to meet the large order demands of different customers and achieve economies of scale.
